This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Justice Law Corporation Pasadena (hereinafter referred to as “the Firm”) and the client, hereinafter referred to as “the Client,” collectively referred to as “the Parties.”

WHEREAS the Firm is a licensed law corporation in the state of California, providing legal services in various areas of law;

AND WHEREAS the Client seeks legal representation and advice in relation to a specific legal matter;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Scope of Legal Services: The Firm agrees to provide legal services to the Client in relation to [specific legal matter] as outlined in the engagement letter provided to the Client.

2. Legal Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Firm the agreed-upon legal fees for the services rendered, as set forth in the engagement letter. Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in the engagement letter.

3. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other Party. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for payment of all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

5. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties.
